Samsung may be the next OEM to offer satellite connectivity

Samsung might be planning to use Elon Musk-led Starlink satellites and not Apple’s satellite connectivity provider, Globalstar. Initially, Apple was also discussing the possibility of using Starlink but later on decided otherwise. Both Huawei and Apple managed to add emergency satellite connectivity to their latest smartphones using dedicated hardware and Samsung might have to do the same.
