Microsoft's acquisition of Activision has been under heavy scrutiny, and to please antitrust agencies, the Xbox maker signed a 10-year agreement with Nintendo to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo players "the same day as Xbox." But, the UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has concerns with the "technical limitations" of the Nintendo console.
