Most Twitter users reported issues with the Twitter app. As many as 59% complained of having issues with their tweets not loading properly. These users reported that the site’s timelines are inaccessible. The second big complaint from users came about Twitter's website. And third being that of 'server connection' failure. But overall, the problems didn't seem very widespread as most users were able to tweet.
