Elon Musk, the current owner of Twitter, has reduced the company's paid parental leave policy from 20 weeks to two weeks, according to internal documents. Twitter's previous policy had required employers to offer their staff a set amount of paid parental leave in addition to any legally required time. Twitter's new policy is dependent on the state in which the employee lives.
