Amazon announced new AI tools including a healthcare system that generates clinical notes, which is expected to help it to better compete with Microsoft and Google cloud business. Thousands of users have begun testing Amazon's Bedrock service, which lets businesses create applications with a range of AI models. Amazon is also adding chatbots and more personalized answers drawing from in-house data.
