WhatsApp is developing a message reaction feature for channels, according to a report by WABetaInfo. The feature is expected to be rolled out for users in an upcoming update. Screenshot previews of the update showed the creation of a "Channel settings" section, which would create three options for admins to manage reactions: Any Emoji, Default Only and None.
