Google's Pixel 8 series smartphone camera app will have separate photo and video modes through a switch under the mode selection bar, instead of a single carousel of options as on Pixel 7. The app may also have features like a camera swap and gallery preview button, reshuffled UI to make some modes prominent, and a different name for Cinematic stabilisation mode.
