IRCTC’s Zoop partners with Simpl: Here's what it means for the users

Zoop, IRCTC’s food aggregator, has partnered with Simpl to offer its Pay After Delivery feature to train passengers. The move allows customers to pay once successful food delivery has happened, rather than upfront, reducing the need to carry cash or find the right change. Additionally, it has seen a 4% reduction in cash on delivery orders and a 19% rise in average order value since the integration with Pay After Delivery. Zoop also allows passengers to pre-book their meals for journeys at over 150 stations.
