Microsoft Office users in Europe will not get Teams app bundled, here’s why

Microsoft has decided not to offer its video-conferencing platform Teams with its Office productivity suite in European Union countries. This move is reportedly to avoid a potential EU antitrust fine after a complaint filed by Slack in 2020. The European Commission has been investigating Microsoft's bundling of Office and Teams.
