Counter-Strike 2 arrives on Steam, available as a free upgrade to CS:GO

Valve has released Counter-Strike 2, the highly anticipated upgrade for CS:GO. The new game features improved smoke grenades, redesigned maps, and better network features. It is based on Valve's Source 2 engine and is available as a free upgrade for CS:GO players. Steam users can download the 27GB game for free, and all items and stock weapons from CS:GO will be available in CS2. The game also includes upgraded visuals, audio, and community workshop tools. System requirements include Windows 10, Intel Core i5 750 or higher, 8 GB RAM, and DirectX 11-compatible graphics.
