WhatsApp has launched its Channels feature in India, allowing users to receive updates from celebrities and public figures. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has joined the platform and users can follow his channel to get updates directly from him. To follow a channel, users need to update their WhatsApp app, open it, and tap on the new Updates tab.
