Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has expanded its WhatsApp-based ticketing system to cover all lines in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Passengers can now purchase tickets for any destination via WhatsApp, providing convenience and ease of access. The service is available on 288 metro stations and can be accessed by sending a message to a designated WhatsApp number or scanning a QR code. The initiative aims to simplify the transit experience for commuters and leverage the popularity of WhatsApp in India.
