US private equity firm Blackstone and Walt Disney are reportedly in preliminary discussions to acquire a stake in Disney's Indian business. Blackstone is said to be exploring a sale or partnership for the digital and TV business in India. This comes after reports of Disney holding talks with billionaires Gautam Adani and Kalanithi Maran.
