IRCTC ties up with Zomato: What this means for passengers -- pre-ordered meals, Navratri thalis and more

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has teamed up with food delivery platform Zomato to offer passengers a wider range of food options through its E-Catering segment. The partnership aims to enhance the culinary experience for rail passengers, with a Proof of Concept (PoC) launched at five major railway stations. IRCTC is also introducing special Navratri thalis to cater to fasting passengers. Zomato's share price reached a 52-week high following the announcement of the collaboration.
