Amazon is reportedly enforcing a three-day work from office policy and allowing managers to terminate employees who refuse to comply. CEO Andy Jassy had previously stated that those who don't follow the policy may not succeed at Amazon. Managers are instructed to have private conversations with non-compliant employees, document the discussions, and take disciplinary action if necessary, including termination.
