HMD Global, the company manufacturing Nokia branded phones, has secured the top position in the feature phone market, according to a report by IDC. The company captured a 30.7% market share by value and a 22.4% market share by volume. HMD Global attributes its success to factors such as UPI integration in feature phones, launching revamped versions of popular Nokia phones, user-friendly interfaces, and a wide presence in offline and online stores. The company aims to continue its leadership in the feature phone market.
