A man in Washington DC fell victim to an armed robbery where the thieves stole everything he had, including his phone and car keys. They returned his Android phone as they preferred iPhones. The incident occurred on the same day as a public hearing on crime surge, and the city's Mayor proposed the ACT Now bill.
